Gosh that's tough. The heat you've had there is exhausting alone, let alone with such little sleep. It's not been as hot here but still very warm for Ireland. Day sleeping after night shifts has been tricky.
I've been good, a lot going on IRL but quite exciting too (not the place to discuss here lol)

It has been very exhausting, but the temperatures are above average for the last few days. Next week is rather up and down.
